Up One Level

Here are some pictures of a moped I built for fun!  I call it "Team URP" which stands for Ultimate Racing Ped.  Sometimes we call it "Wild Urpy" cause it rhymes with Wild Turkey and we have been known to consume the same for courage reasons before riding it.  It is a lot of fun to ride and has a 2-stroke motor and belt drive system with a torque converter.  The front end is light and pops wheelies easily.  The damn thing will not idle while its standing still so you have to keep moving to keep it running.  It's a push start model and it has a decompression lever which helps a bunch!  It will do about 15 mph and I know a lot of people who have gotten hurt on this bad boy...

This is the moped in original factory form...   This is the Team URP mods to the right side...   This is the Team URP left side view...   These were my mom and dad's mopeds. I rode the Honda Passport (bigger one) for a year or two when I was 16-17. It was a blast!
